Joining

1. Submit Application: Membership begins with a signed application, which can only be submitted after receiving an official invitation from the Administration.


2. Submit Cooperation Proposal: Once the application is submitted, sign and send the cooperation proposal to the Association for review.


3. Conclude Licensing Agreement: Сomplete the process by signing a licensing agreement with the GRATA International Integration Centre for the use of the trademark, in accordance with Chapter 15 of the Association's Charter.

Onboarding

To ensure a seamless integration into the Association, a structured onboarding process has been established, consisting of 89 tasks, with 38 tasks for completion by members. The integration process covers three main areas:

  • General Integration
  • Sectoral Integration
  • Service Integration
The entire process generally lasts from 1 to 3 months.
Association's innovative platform, Flow, is tightly integrated with GRATA's Base. It is designed to efficiently manage internal business processes, providing the new office with synchronization capabilities within GRATA's system.

KPI Compliance

Members are required to adhere to five main KPIs:

  1. Financial
  2. Association Standards
  3. Technology
  4. Marketing
  5. Activities within the Association
These KPIs ensure that all offices maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency. During membership, offices must consistently meet these conditions.

Termination

A member wishing to leave the Association can initiate the process by submitting a formal request to terminate the Licensing Agreement, along with providing written notice to the Executive Director at least three months before the intended departure.

The Executive Director reserves the right to shorten or waive this notice period at their discretion.
